Intrest Rate Locked @ 4.5%!!!!!!

We are so happy that the rates came back down! When we first started looking at homes the rate was 4.4%. Once we decided to build the rate rate went up to 4.6% and climed as high as 4.9%!
This is great news as its one more thing I can cross off the worry list..

Concrete is poured in Basement and Garage>>

PM is going to let us know on Monday if we can lock our rate!!!! I haope he says its ok because I have a feeling the rates are goin to climb again....

Roof is on!!

They are moving so fast we cant keep up with pictures!!! Thank GOD this semester ends in a few weeks!!!

Back again... Alot has happened since our last post

Im adding a pic from last Wednesday and a pic from this Wednesday.. Its crazy how fast they get things done!!!
Also....

We got a call from our PM saying they installed the wrong tub and that we needed to call them ASAP!!! We ordered the garden soaking tub and they put in the wrong code... We drove over to the house and found a Garden Whirlpool / Soaking tub instead of the plain old soaking tub we ordered.. This was one of the upgrades we really wanted but decided to skip due to the price.. I guess we can live with FREE!!!!

The package below ( Kloee ) has been keeping us away from the blog.....

 I think Capt. Morgan thinks Kloee is his baby.. He always lays wherever she is at.
The last pic just looks like she got her socks knocked off!

They started digging last Wednesday and they got the Basement walls poured by Friday.. My wife had to get a closer look at the hole! I think its finally setting in that we are building a new home!
